ZIMPLY WEBSITE LICENSE AGREEMENT Effective date: October 6, 2026 Website: https://zimply.store/ Contact: zimplymarketplace@gmail.com 1. Agreement This License Agreement governs the use of the Zimply website, including its design, text, images, videos, branding, layout, source code, and related digital materials. By accessing or using the website, you agree to follow this Agreement. 2. Ownership The Zimply name, logo, branding, original text, custom layouts, UI design, animations, interactions, and company content are owned or controlled by Zimply, except for third-party assets and open-source software. 3. Permitted use You may use the website to learn about Zimply, view company information, review services, view the gallery and team pages, contact Zimply, and read publicly available information. 4. Restricted use Without written permission from Zimply, you may not copy or resell the complete website design, reuse Zimply branding, copy the source code or website text for commercial use, redistribute website images as your own, remove ownership notices, impersonate Zimply, reverse engineer the website for duplication, or use automated tools to copy its content or structure. 5. Third-party materials The website may use Tailwind CSS, Laravel Blade, Vite, Google Fonts, Unsplash photography, an MDN sample video, and OpenStreetMap. These materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. External images and demonstration videos should be replaced with properly licensed Zimply assets before commercial production use. 6. Contact form The current contact form is frontend-only. It does not send or store messages. A production form should use secure processing, consent, validation, spam protection, and an appropriate privacy policy. 7. No warranty The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zimply does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continued availability of external images, videos, maps, or other third-party services. 8. External links Zimply is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or security of external websites and services linked from this website. 9. Changes and termination Zimply may update this Agreement or restrict access when necessary, including when a person violates this Agreement, misuses Zimply materials, damages the website, or infringes intellectual property rights. 10. Governing law This Agreement shall be interpreted according to the applicable laws of Sri Lanka, unless another jurisdiction is agreed in writing.
